3. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates our advertising policies or is otherwise objectionable.

4. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our advertising services, including any alleged infringement of third-party rights.

5. Payment for advertising services is due in full upon submission of the advertisement, and we reserve the right to refuse publication until payment is received.

6. We may use your company's name and logo in our advertising materials for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

7. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our advertising services, and we will not be held liable for any loss of revenue or business opportunities resulting from the publication of your advertisement.

8. We will return your money 100% if your ad does not appear on the benca.cc ad page

9. We will send a payment invoice to your email if you want banner, premium and link advertising. Please fill in our advertising form. Types of payment can use Paypal or bank transfer

10. You agree that we will reuse emails that enter our database to send you information about our products and services. So that they are not considered spam.

11. If you do not comply with the regulations, we will remove your ad without prior notification.

12. If you place a banner ad, link or premium ad that does not meet the regulations, we refuse your payment and we will not process it.

13. We will ban your email account that has been registered with us if you advertise in violation of the regulations. So you will no longer be able to advertise on our website.

14, If your banner ad, link or premium has appeared on our website (benca.cc), your money cannot be returned.

15. We reserve the right to delete or edit your paid advertisement if the description of your advertisement is inappropriate to read.

16. These terms of use are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to regularly review them for updates or modifications.
